What we collect. Your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, order history and any messages you send us, plus basic usage data that keeps the site working. We never see or store your card or UPI details — payments are processed by Razorpay.

Why. To process and deliver your order, reply to you, meet our tax and legal obligations and — only if you asked — send you news from Aayta.

Bulava. If you requested Bulava on WhatsApp, you agreed to receive Bulava and collection messages on WhatsApp only — not calls, not SMS, and not sharing with anyone else. If you gave us only your email address, you have not agreed to WhatsApp messages and we won’t send any. Reply STOP on WhatsApp, or unsubscribe from any email, and we’ll stop.

Who we share with. Only our payment processor, our courier and our technology providers, and only what each needs. We don’t sell your data.

How long we keep it. Order and tax records for as long as the law requires. Contact details for news until you ask us to stop.

Your choices. Write to care@aayta.com to ask what we hold, correct it or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law.
